Pricing Policy

Minimum Order

The minimum opening order is $250.00.

Freight Terms

Orders of $3,750 or more shipped east of the Mississippi will be prepaid by Emerald/Pro-Stat. Orders between $1,500 and $3,749 are billed a $95 flat rate shipping charge.  Orders under $1,500 customer pays full freight charges.

Orders shipped west of the Mississippi will be sent freight prepaid and costs will be included in customers invoice.

Prepaid freight does not include lift gate fees or additional delivery expenses from carrier. Extra charges to be added to customer invoice.

Special Pricing

Large quantity special pricing is available on most products.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days upon credit approval. There will be an interest charge of 1.5 % per month on an overdue balance.

Carrier Claims

Damage claims and shortages in shipments must be noted on the carriers freight receipt at the time of delivery.

Returns

Authorization must be requested prior to return. No returns after 90 days from date of delivery. A  restocking fee may apply. Customer pays return freight.

Credit will be issued on original purchase price. Only unopened cartons can be returned. Credit will be issued based on age and saleability of product.
